For orders accepted directly by Pro Nature, the applicable delivery availability, shipping charges and estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Delivery timelines may vary according to the product’s availability, order quantity and delivery location.

Once dispatched, tracking details or delivery updates will be provided where available. If a delay occurs, we will communicate the revised estimate and assist with the available resolution options, including cancellation or refund where applicable.

  1. Orders placed through online marketplaces

For purchases made through online marketplaces, please refer to the delivery charges, timelines and fulfilment details displayed for your order.

For tracking, delivery issues, cancellations, returns or refunds, please contact the relevant marketplace through its order-support section. You may also contact Pro Nature for product-related concerns or assistance with an unresolved complaint.

  1. Offline purchases

For purchases from retail stores, distributors or other offline sellers, any delivery arrangements should be confirmed with the seller at the time of purchase. Please contact the seller for billing or delivery assistance. Product-quality or safety complaints may also be raised directly with Pro Nature.

  1. Damaged, incorrect or defective products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, expired or otherwise defective product, please notify the seller or marketplace promptly. For direct purchases or product-quality concerns, contact us at contact@pronatureorganic.com.

Please provide the purchase details, product name, batch number and photographs, where available, to help us investigate. We will review the complaint and arrange or coordinate an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
