Ingredients: 
– 1/2 cup Pro Nature Organic Quinoa (rinsed) 
– 1/4 cup yellow moong dal (washed) 
– 1 chopped carrot 
– 1 chopped tomato 
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
– Salt to taste 
– 2 tsp Pro Nature Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil or ghee 
– 2 cups water 
– Fresh coriander for garnish

Steps: 
1. Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds. 
2. Add chopped tomatoes and carrots. Sauté for 2 minutes. 
3. Stir in quinoa and dal, add turmeric and salt, and pour water. 
4. Pressure cook for 2–3 whistles or until the mixture turns soft. 
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and a spoonful of ghee
